Summary of Rental Qualifications and Application Process
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: All prospective residents over the age of 18 will need to complete the application process. Each applicant will need a unique email address to continue the screening process.
Required Information – ID, 2 most recent pay stubs (or previous years tax return if self-employed, etc...), landlord contact information for last 5 years, and fully completed application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 per applicant.
Security Deposits and Move In Costs -If approved, we require the security deposit and first month's rent to be paid in full, upon signing a lease agreement.
Common Reasons to be Declined – Incomplete application, evictions, collections from landlords, poor credit history, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, non-discharged bankruptcies, and/or unqualified occupants.
